Dennis Binks: Psychic Awakening
Dennis Binks discovered his psychic abilities under deeply emotional circumstances. After the tragic death of his 24-year-old son, Lee, in 2001, Dennis experienced unusual phenomena at home, such as televisions turning on and off and pots and pans being moved. These occurrences led him to realize that Lee was trying to communicate with him. Within three months, Dennis began demonstrating his mediumship abilities on stage, marking the start of his journey as a clairvoyant.
Career Highlights
Dennis gained international recognition as a medium, performing in locations such as Dubai, New York, and Europe. His talents brought him to theaters, hotels, and television appearances, including a notable stint on Britain’s Psychic Challenge. Dennis reached episode four of the competition, missing out on the grand final.
Philanthropy and Autobiography
In addition to his psychic work, Dennis used his talents for charitable purposes. Four years ago, he raised over £1,500 by selling his autobiography, Heaven’s Messenger. The book shares his life story, including his childhood in Liverpool, his experiences in the army, and his journey as a medium. Proceeds from book sales supported Cancer Research, Acorns Children’s Hospice, and the KGH Charity Fund.
A Life of Giving Back
Dennis’s charitable efforts extended beyond his book sales. He participated in community fundraisers, including walking on hot coals and glass, to support local causes. His fundraising and mediumship have left a lasting impression, particularly in his hometown of Corby.
While Dennis appears to have stepped back from active mediumship, his work as a clairvoyant and philanthropist continues to inspire those who knew him and benefited from his unique talents.
